My Career
My career started as an IT coordinator and systems administrator at an NGO in 1998, where I built the foundation in SQL, Active Directory, networking and infrastructure. Since then, I have moved from the technical front line to strategic management, always focusing on making IT a stable and value-creating enabler.
For over 20 years at an NGO, my responsibilities grew from operations to IT Manager, where I modernized infrastructure, implemented GDPR, and led teams of up to 16 people. In parallel, I was an IT delegate in the Emergency Response Unit and deployed internationally to disaster areas.

DevOps Foundation®, MCSA, DPO (2017), and Certificate in Leadership — complemented by a Computer Science degree and over 20 years of hands-on experience.
